Faria.org is the website of FariaOne, made available by Faria Education Group, including ManageBac LLC and its affiliates (“Faria”). 

All services and facilities provided by Faria are provided subject to the Service specific Terms and Policies.  

The Terms of Service, Terms of Use, Privacy Policies/Compliance, Service Level Agreement and EU-US Privacy Shield notice and other documents published on the Terms page on each of the Faria websites (the “Terms and Policies”) govern your use of each website. Understanding these terms is important because, to use our Services, you must accept these terms. 

General Privacy Statement 

Your privacy is important to Faria. The Privacy Policy for each Service can be found on each website. 

Service Provider 

Faria Services are provided by its subsidiaries. Depending on the Service, your use may be through a direct purchase, or for teachers, parents and students, you may be accessing Services as a user through a School account.  

Parental Consent 

If you’re under the age required by law in your region to manage your access to our Services, you must have the required Parental Consent as described in the Terms and Policies for that Service.
