We provide schools across the globe with flexible online learning solutions that address key educational challenges, from structured content to courses fully taught by our own teachers. We help Cambridge Schools and IB World Schools broaden their subject offering to students by delivering online courses for Cambridge IGCSE, IB Diploma, Cambridge International AS and A Level programmes. We also offer an online tutoring service, Pamoja Tutor, which provides students with one-to-one assistance in specific subjects.

Pamoja Timeline

2004: The International Baccalaureate (IB) Organization initiates its Diploma Programme Online pilot project.

2009: Pamoja starts its formal collaboration with the IB – “jump-start initiative”.

Launch of our first Pamoja Online IB Diploma Programme Courses taught by our online teachers, available for May examination sessions.

2010: Pamoja signs a long-term comprehensive agreement with the IB as an official online course provider.

2013: Pamoja is accredited by The Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) as a Supplementary Education Program / Center for the first time.

Launch of the first Pamoja Online IB Diploma Programme Courses available for November examination sessions.

2014: The full catalogue of online IB Diploma Programme courses is made available to November exam sessions schools.

2015: Pamoja joins GEMS Education.

2017: Pamoja releases School Taught online courses, providing IB teachers with content broken down into lessons, student assessment and progress monitoring tools.

2019: Pamoja is registered as a Cambridge International School, approved by Cambridge Assessment International Education to teach its world-leading IGCSE and International AS and A Level programmes online from September 2019.; Pamoja partners with Hodder Education to provide Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge International A Level students’ access to Hodder Education’s Student eTextbooks as part of Pamoja Online Courses.; Pamoja launches its online tutoring platform, Pamoja Tutor.

Pamoja joins forces with Oxford Study Courses, known for its IB Diploma Programme revision guides and courses since 1990, sharing offices and operating under the same management team.

Pamoja starts teaching its first Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge International A Level online courses.

2020: Pamoja joins the Faria Education Group, along with Oxford Study Courses.; School Taught becomes Pamoja Lesson Suite, offering educators an enhanced set of resources integrated into Faria’s flagship service, ManageBac.
