Let's kick things off with a conversation, not a presentation. This is your chance to connect with other international school educators from across the region, the people who get exactly what you're dealing with day to day. We'll open things up and let the conversation go where it needs to: What's working at your school? What are you still figuring out? What do we all have in common, even across different countries and contexts?
Since most are using Faria products, tools like ManageBac, Atlas and OpenApply will probably come up naturally and how you're using them, what you've learned, maybe even a tip or two worth stealing. But really, this session is about the people in the room. Come ready to share, ask questions, and start building the kind of connections that'll make the rest of the day (and beyond) even better.

In this hands-on session, we'll work through real classroom scenarios together, from feedback on student work to lesson design, assessment, and parent communication, exploring where AI genuinely supports teachers and where the human connection must remain central. You'll leave with a draft Teacher AI Use Framework your team can build on, bringing clarity and consistency to how AI is used across your school.

You'll get hands-on time to practice prompt engineering and build a real, differentiated activity for your own classroom using your favorite LLM, so you walk away with something you can use right away, plus a simple framework for using AI thoughtfully and ethically going forward.

Data-informed instruction remains an essential part of day-to-day life in every classroom. In this session, we'll take a look at the various pathways for capturing meaningful data within ManageBac to power your school's analytics. Together, we will evaluate and compare what Curriculum Analytics and Academic Analytics bring to the table, exploring how each can support your leadership team. We'll also examine the eCoursework Dashboard as a targeted analysis tool, while opening the floor to gather your feedback on which additional reporting capabilities would make the biggest difference for your team.
Curriculum mapping is only half the journey—the real impact happens when you analyze the big picture. Join for a hands-on exploration of Atlas reporting features designed to bring clarity to your curriculum review. We'll examine how to evaluate standards coverage and alignment, utilize the Comparative Unit Calendar for cross-grade coordination, interpret the Curriculum Insights Report, and harness Course Plan and Unit Overviews. Learn how to generate, interpret, and save customized reports to establish common benchmarks and spark productive cross-team dialogue. Bring your school's unique reporting challenges and questions, and leave with saved reports in hand and a concrete framework to drive team discussions forward.
Great professional learning does not happen by accident, it comes from a plan that actually reflects your school's goals and the real needs of your teachers. In this session we will work through how to build that kind of plan from the ground up, starting with getting clear on your school's priorities, then figuring out how to actually understand what your teachers need through tools like surveys and honest conversations, rather than guessing. We will look at how options like FariaLearn's on-demand courses and other professional learning paths can support a personalized approach, but the real focus is on you leaving with a practical framework and the beginnings of your own plan, one that balances school-wide goals with what your teachers actually want and need to grow.

Closing Session
We'll close out the day by turning our attention to assessment as it is one of the areas where international schools have the most in common, and the most opportunity to continue to refine. We'll start with an open conversation: what does good assessment actually look like in our schools, and where do we still struggle? From there, we'll take a look at AssessPrep and how it's helping schools tackle some of those exact challenges. We'll wrap up the day by bringing it all together and asking everyone to leave with one clear thing: a single action you'll take back to your school this week.
